HDPE type drainage pipe Project overview: In this project, the drainage pipe diameter DN≤400mm uses a new PVC - U shaped plastic spiral pipe, pipe diameter 500mm≤DN<1000mm uses a new HDPE steel rib spiral pipe.

The pipe interface adopts electric hot melting mode; Pipe foundation adopts groove bottom ramming to meet the requirements of foundation foundation, padded with 200mm thick coarse sand.

The backfilling material is gravel backfilled to the top of the pipe 300mm, layered compaction, the compaction degree is 95%. The inspection well is a brick circular inspection well. The rainwater inlet is a single grate grate, and the well depth H=1000mm.

3.1.1 Establishment of measurement control network: Organize the measurement team to conduct retest according to the measurement control points provided by the design institute

After the measurement is correct, the project measurement control network is established, and the project is controlled by combining point and surface.

3.1.2 Construction lofting: carry out construction lofting measurement, determine the center line of pipeline and well location, and draw out the level reference point as the control point of the whole drainage project. Each measurement should be closed, and the closing error should be strictly controlled according to the specification.

3.1.3 Retest the water outlet elevation: before construction, the elevation of each drainage outlet shall be retested. If there is any contradiction with the design, the designer shall be informed to adjust it immediately.

3.2.1 Excavation arrangement: During earthwork excavation, the construction of each zone should be reasonably arranged according to the drainage pipe axis measured and laid out (see Figure 2-1 "Drainage Foundation Pit Support Plan" for the trench excavation form in the next page).

3.2.2 Width of excavation: The width of pipe groove excavation shall be carried out according to the width of pipe foundation plus 1250px working position on each side.

3.2.3 Excavation method: trench excavation shall be carried out by manual cooperation with machinery, and the earth of trench excavation shall be transferred to the designated place to abandon the soil. Before excavation, the section of the trench, the order of excavation and the location of the pile shall be disclosed to the driver and earthworkers in detail by the site builder.

During the excavation process, the management personnel shall conduct on-site command and shall check the trench headroom size and center position frequently to ensure that the trench center deviation meets the specification requirements.

In order to ensure that the soil at the bottom of the tank will not be disturbed or damaged, over-digging should be prevented when digging, and the level should be checked when digging 20 ~ 750px before the design elevation to avoid over-digging as far as possible.

If there is overdigging, the disturbed part should be removed and must be backfilled with medium sand and vibrated with a plate vibrator. The excavation shall ensure continuous operation and smooth connection process.

The excavation shall be conducted in sections with each section length of about 10 meters to reduce landslide or damage to the soil foundation. At the same time, attention shall be paid to the change of slope soil mass and timely treatment of problems. Reduce accidents.

3.2.4 HDPE type drainage pipe Drainage ditches: drainage ditches are set on both sides of the bottom of the foundation pit to eliminate water in the pit and avoid the soil at the bottom of the pit being soaked.

3.2.5 HDPE type drainage pipe Foundation treatment: After foundation trench excavation, if basement geology and hydrology have adverse changes from the original design, the foundation treatment plan and reinforcement measures shall be proposed according to the actual excavation depth and soil test data, and the foundation treatment shall be carried out with the approval of the supervision engineer.

3.2.6 HDPE type drainage pipe Construction monitoring: During excavation, measurement and monitoring shall be carried out at any time to ensure that the excavation slope, foundation pit size, axis and elevation of groove bottom meet the requirements specified in the trench acceptance of CJJ3-90.
