200 psi (pounds per square inch, about 1.38 MPa) polyethylene pipe is a high-pressure plastic pipe, mainly used for conveying liquid or gas media, suitable for municipal water supply, gas transmission, industrial fluid transmission and other fields. Polyethylene pipes of this pressure grade are usually made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or medium-density polyethylene (MDPE) materials, with excellent pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and long life.

Butt fusion

Use a Butt fusion machine to heat the pipe end, melt it and press it together to form a high-strength permanent connection.

Applicable to large-diameter pipes (DN≥90mm).

Electrofusion

Adopt Electrofusion Fitting (electrofusion fittings), built-in electric heating wire, and fuse the pipe and fittings after power is turned on.

Applicable to small-diameter pipes or complex construction environments.

Mechanical connection (flange or clamp)

Used in occasions where detachable connections are required, such as valves, pump stations and other equipment interfaces.
