Manual Butt Fusion Welding Machine is a device used to connect plastic pipes. It heats the ends of plastic pipes, melts them and connects them together, thus achieving pipe connection. This welding machine is usually used to connect thermoplastic plastic pipes such as PE (polyethylene), such as HDPE pipes, and is widely used in various projects because of its easy operation and low cost.
1. Inspection and Preparation: First, it is necessary to check whether the various components of the welding machine are operating normally, and clean the outer surface of the PE pipe and its ports.
2. Heating and Butt: Fix the two sections of PE pipe on the fixture of the welding machine and check the misalignment rate of the pipe (i.e. the alignment of the two end faces). Then, use the heating plate to heat the end face of the pipe to make it reach a molten state.
3. Butt and Pressure Adjustment: After heating, quickly remove the heating plate and apply a certain amount of pressure to the connection interface to ensure that the two end faces are in close contact.
4. Cooling and Solidification: Maintain a certain pressure to allow the connection interface to solidify during the cooling process to form a firm connection.

Instructions:
1. Place the pipe to be welded on the frame and secure the pipe by locking the gland screw
2. Place the planing tool on the frame, planer and mill the pipe mouth to ensure the smooth pipe end.
3. Take out the planing tool, planing and milling pipe to the center, ensure both ends in the same line.
4. Put in the preheated heating plate and shake the handle by hand to evenly heat the pipe end
5. Remove the heating plate, and connect the pipe end to the natural cooling, and ensure the cooling pressure.
6. After welding, check whether the welding beads are even and test the pressure.
