Working principle

Automatic Electrofusion Welding Machine is a machine specially used for plastic pipe welding. Its working principle is to energize the electric hot melt belt to make the embedded electric heating wire heat up, and the heat energy generated melts the surface of the pipe and pipe fittings. When these molten materials cool and solidify, the plastic pipes are firmly welded together. This welding method is suitable for a variety of plastic materials, including but not limited to PVDF, PP and PE pipes and fittings, and is widely used in electric fusion butt welding of all specifications of PE, PP, HDPE and other plastic pipes below DN315.

Operation preparation
