Structure and Design‌

It consists of four parts: operating platform (hydraulic, electronic), fixture, heating plate, and milling cutter.

The frame is made of high-strength aluminum alloy material, with a solid structure and a 45° tilt design.

The fixture adopts a four-ferrule structure to accurately position the pipe and easily adjust the misalignment.

‌Control system‌: The hydraulic system is used to control the butt force, the heating plate has an independent electronic temperature control system, and the digital display is intuitive.

‌Safety performance‌: Equipped with electric milling cutter and safety limit switch to prevent accidental start of the milling cutter, and adopts solenoid valve electric control (cylinder advance and retreat), which is easier to operate.

‌Technical parameters‌: including specific data such as welding specifications, docking deviation, temperature error, total power consumption, hydraulic system working pressure, working temperature, ambient temperature, and time required to reach welding temperature.

Working principle

1.‌Clamping pipe‌: Fix the pipe to be welded on the fixture of the welding machine to ensure that the end face of the pipe is flat and aligned, and prepare for subsequent heating and docking.

2.‌Milling connection surface‌: Use a milling cutter to mill the end face of the pipe to remove the oxide layer and impurities to ensure the quality of welding.

3.‌Heating end face‌: Place the heating plate on the end face of the pipe and heat it to an appropriate temperature, usually 220±10℃, to melt the end face of the pipe.

4.‌Remove the heating plate‌: The heating time is calculated according to the thickness of the pipe. After heating is completed, quickly remove the heating plate.

5. Butt joint: After removing the heating plate, quickly butt the two heated pipe ends together to ensure that the two ends fit tightly.

6. Pressure maintenance and cooling: After butt joint, apply appropriate pressure for a period of time to fully fuse the pipe ends, and then let the joint cool to room temperature under pressure to form a connection with higher strength than the pipe body.

Instructions:

JUNNUO Pipeline

1. Place the pipe to be welded on the frame and secure the pipe by locking the gland screw.
2. Place the planing tool on the frame, planer and mill the pipe mouth to ensure the smooth pipe end.
3. Take out the planing tool, planing and milling pipe to the center, ensure both ends in the same line.
4. Put in the preheated heating plate and shake the handle by hand to evenly heat the pipe end.
5. Remove the heating plate, and connect the pipe end to the natural cooling, and ensure the cooling pressure.
6. After welding, check whether the flanges are even and test the pressure.
