Automatic Turbo Pipe Scraper

Puhui turbine scraper is used for scraping PE pipe to prepare it for electrofusion welding, it allows fast and precise scraping of pipe, effectively removing any oxides which may have built up prior to carrying out the electro fusion process. The birth of the turbine scraper substantially reduce working times while ensuring the safety of construction personnel which makes the construction more efficient, avoids the situation of uneven wall thickness when polished by the grinder, and has a much higher utilization of the space. It is widely used in gas, water supply, sewage, communication and other industries.

Puhui pipe scraper is simple and effortless to use, highly portable it is equipped with a separate pipe sanding support ,scraping tool (can be easily replaced )as well as an adjustable scraping depth selector,which enables an easy and precise blade positioning. All the scrapers be easily used with professional electric screwdriver. The scraping tool is made of alloy, more suitable for a variety of complex external environments, wearable and oxidation resistance. High strength composite nylon is used externally to prevent deformation caused by high temperature and high pressure.

Our scrapers are available to suit 20 mm to 250 mm HDPE pipe, customization is also supported.
