Steel Mesh Reinforced HDPE Pipe is a new type of pipe that combines the advantages of steel wire and HDPE (high-density polyethylene) while overcoming their respective disadvantages. This pipe uses a mesh skeleton formed by spirally winding high-strength steel wires as a reinforcement and HDPE as a matrix. By using high-performance HDPE modified adhesive resin, the steel wire skeleton is tightly connected to the inner and outer layers of HDPE to form this new type of pipe.
Steel Mesh Reinforced HDPE Pipe significantly improves the strength, rigidity, extrusion resistance and corrosion resistance of the pipeline through the reinforcement and enhancement of the steel mesh skeleton, while maintaining the excellent properties of the pipe, such as corrosion resistance and connection performance. This pipe is widely used in various engineering fields, including but not limited to water supply pipelines, drainage pipelines, chemical pipelines, etc. Its advantages mainly include the following aspects:
1. Strength enhancement: The steel mesh skeleton plays a role in enhancing the strength and rigidity of the pipeline inside the pipeline, effectively resisting external pressure and load, and preventing pipeline deformation and rupture.
2. Anti-extrusion performance: Steel Mesh Reinforced HDPE Pipe has good anti-extrusion performance, can withstand greater external pressure, and adapt to more complex working environments and load conditions.
3. Corrosion resistance: The pipe has good corrosion resistance and can resist the erosion of a variety of chemicals, making it suitable for a wider range of applications.
4. Pipe connection: The hot melt connection technology is used to heat and melt the surface of the pipe so that it can be fused with the adjacent pipe section to form a sealed connection, effectively preventing leakage and seepage.
