HDPE (high-density polyethylene) PN16 pipe is a high-pressure polyethylene pipe with a working pressure rating of 1.6MPa (PN16). It is suitable for water supply, drainage, irrigation and industrial fluid transportation. Its core advantages include:

(1) Size specifications

Diameter range: DN20mm~DN1600mm, common specifications include DN20, DN25, DN32, DN40, DN50, DN63, DN75, DN90, DN110, DN160, etc.

Wall thickness: varies with the pipe diameter, such as DN20 wall thickness 2.3mm, DN110 wall thickness 10.0mm.

Length: Standard length is 5.8m or 6m, and 12m can also be customized.

Storage and transportation requirements

Storage:

Warehouse temperature 40, outdoor stacking needs to be covered.

Horizontal stacking height 1.5m, 3m after bundling.

Transportation:

Avoid throwing, dragging, and collision prevention in cold weather.

The vehicle needs flat bottom support, and the ship needs to be fixed to prevent collision.

 

Installation and construction points

Connection method: hot melt butt, electric fusion connection, socket welding.

Foundation treatment:

General soil: 100mm coarse sand cushion.

Soft soil foundation: 200mm gravel + 50mm sand layer.

Backfill requirements:

Heavy machinery is prohibited within 0.4m of the pipe top, and the backfill must be compacted layer by layer (each layer 200mm).
