PP Flange

Description

PP Flange is the part that connects the tube to the tube, connected to the tube end. In pipeline engineering, flanges are mainly used for pipeline connection. Different pressure flanges have different thicknesses, corresponding to the number of screw holes, screw hole sizes are not the same, the use of different bolts.

Advantages and characteristics

1.PP Flange has excellent corrosion resistance. Polypropylene is a chemically inert material that is stable in many strong acids, bases and organic solvents. Therefore, PP flanges are very suitable for pipeline systems in chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other fields, and can effectively prevent corrosion of pipeline systems.

2.PP flange has good high temperature resistance. The operating temperature range of PP flanges is usually between 0 and 90, and can withstand a certain high temperature environment. This makes PP flanges widely used in some special industries, such as petrochemical, metallurgy and other fields.

3.PP flange has excellent sealing performance. During installation, the two flanges are joined together with appropriate sealing gaskets to ensure complete sealing of the joint. This can not only prevent media leakage, but also effectively prevent external dust and impurities from entering the pipeline system.

4.PP flange has the advantages of light weight, simple structure and easy installation. Compared with other materials, PP flanges are lighter in weight and easy to handle and install. At the same time, the structural design of the PP flange is also relatively simple, and there is no need to process the hardware parts, making the installation more convenient.
